S.A.R.S. & REPER IZ SOBE / Double bill

S.A.R.S. are returning to Orsula this summer as part of the major tour celebrating the band’s 20th anniversary. It will mark their fourth appearance on our stage, following their first performance in 2012. and two sold-out concerts in a row in 2015., which are still fondly remembered by the Dubrovnik audience today.

Over the past two decades, S.A.R.S. have become one of the most influential and popular bands in the region. They are known for their distinctive blend of pop-rock, reggae and hip-hop, enriched with subtle elements of Balkan ethno sound. Songs such as Lutka, Buđav lebac, Perspektiva, Klinka and many others have long become an essential part of both their live performances and the regional music scene itself.

In recent years, the band has been leaning towards a more mature and modern pop-rock sound, something clearly present in both their newer songs and current live performances. This combination of well-known hits and newer material gives a special dimension to the current tour.

Opening the evening will be Reper iz sobe, an artist who has quickly attracted attention with his refreshing sound and distinctive musical style. His music is marked by an authentic Mediterranean funk vibe, blending laid-back hip-hop storytelling with rich neo-soul influences.

Songs such as Tajland, Jennifer, Dobro sam, Roze očale and the recent single Spiza have earned him a strong following among younger audiences, while his current live performances gain an extra dimension through atmospheric arrangements and the chemistry of the band on stage. A new song is also on the way and is already being eagerly anticipated by the audience.
